We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Turkish fluency to support one of our international iGaming clients.
Important: This is a night shift-only position — please apply only if you're available and comfortable working during the night.


Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and absorb all information and procedures provided during onboarding;
- Assist customers via live chat, messengers, emails (and possibly hotline);
- Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues;
- Maintain detailed records and use internal systems effectively;
- Work strictly during night hours.


Requirements:

- Fluent Turkish (spoken and written);
- Clear and professional written communication skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and emotional resilience;
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple tools;
- Personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of training.
