Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements.
- Regularly interact with the Account Manager in the US to understand job requirements.
- Deeply understand job descriptions to ensure quality sourcing and recruitment.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions to meet sharp deadlines.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interviewing, query handling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work collaboratively as a team player, handling candidate interviews, hiring, and maintaining a strong candidate database.
